My nutritional consultancy provides personal consultations on a one-to–one basis. Before the first appointment you will be asked to fill out a short questionnaire and a 3 day food diary. Then a detailed description of your health and lifestyle patterns will be taken by asking various questions, this will include your health history, current health concerns, symptoms and treatment, stress levels and dietary and exercise habits.
Then based on this information you will be provided with the explanation of dietary and lifestyle factors possibly contributing to any symptom. A bespoke dietary and lifestyle programme will be suggested to fulfil your individual requirements.
