My approach is a fitness or nutrition regime that you enjoy is one that you will adhere to. If you do not enjoy something it will be temporary, as a result of this, it is key for me to work around your interests, daily life, and what you enjoy eating and therefore a long term change is possible. I focus on two main areas:
- Weight Management: I have worked with clients over the years to reach their weight loss goals in an enjoyable and sustainable way. I will teach you how to implement new strategies into your lifestyle whilst focusing on a healthy approach
- Sports Performance: I will look at your current nutritional strategy and assess where changes need to be made to perform optimally. I always preach food before supplements, utilising nutrition to get the best out of your performance in your sport, considering timings, amounts and food groups to achieve this first.
